iDICE South East
The iDICE South East Digital & Creative Skills Initiative is a fully funded youth empowerment programme helping young people in South East Nigeria gain practical skills for jobs, entrepreneurship, and the creative economy.
The programme is designed for young people aged 15 to 35 who want beginner-friendly training in digital, technology, business support, and creative industry skills.
Training access is focused on Enugu, Anambra, Abia, Imo, and Ebonyi, with hub-based learning designed to connect youth to opportunities close to their communities.
Del-York Group supports delivery through capacity-building, mentorship, certification, and employability support for participants moving toward jobs or startup opportunities.
