Trainee Code of Conduct
- Demonstrate respectful interaction with Hub Managers, Trainers, and peers at all times.
- Ensure the proper, responsible use of Hub physical equipment and infrastructure.
- Adhere strictly to the required 90% physical attendance mandate.
- Maintain a safe, non-discriminatory environment promoting the 40% female inclusion mandate.
Trainer Responsibilities
- Maintain an inclusive, unbiased technical learning environment.
- Strict adherence to guidelines prohibiting solicitation of favors or inappropriate relationships.
- Ensure physical safety protocols are followed within the Hub.
Confidential Reporting
The iDICE program enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, extortion, or exploitation. All reports are confidential and whistleblower protection is guaranteed.
