The Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) program, managed by Del-York International and Imperial EdTech under the supervision of the Bank of Industry (BoI), respects your privacy and is fully committed to complying with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect necessary information to verify your eligibility and track your progress through the program:

  • Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, State of Origin, Local Government Area.
  • Contact Information: Primary WhatsApp Number (mandatory for verification), Email Address, Residential Address.
  • Academic & Professional Data: Educational background, current employment status, and assessment scores within the iDICE LMS.

3. Why We Collect It (Purpose)

    To facilitate secure communication regarding cohort schedules and assessments via WhatsApp and SMS.

4. Data Sharing & Employer Talent Portal (Critical Clause)

By participating in the iDICE Project platform, you provide explicit consent that upon reaching "Market Ready" status, your professional portfolio - including your Name, Verified Skills, and Assessment Scores - will be made visible to vetted corporate hiring partners via the Employer Talent Portal.

This sharing is for the sole and exclusive purpose of fulfilling the program's 80% placement mandate. We do not sell your data to third-party marketers.

5. Data Security

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. Infrastructure is securely hosted within compliance-certified cloud environments. Strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ensures only authorized administrative personnel have access to raw data sets.

6. Your Rights

Under the NDPR, you possess the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data. Note that requesting complete deletion of mandatory PII will result in immediate removal from the iDICE program.
