Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 2026
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
By submitting the registration form and completing the WhatsApp verification process, you formally accept these Terms of Service. Participation is strictly limited to individuals who meet the specified eligibility criteria. Falsification of identity, State of Origin, or any other requisite information will result in immediate expulsion and permanent blacklisting.
2. Program Progression & Attrition
The iDICE Project is structured as a competitive, multi-stage funnel designed to identify and accelerate top talent:
- Stage 1 (Foundational): Available to all accepted registrants.
- Stage 2 & 3 (Specialized): Only the top 10% of participants, determined by LMS completion rates and assessment scores, will advance to Stage 3.
Failure to meet progression criteria does not invalidate your participation. You will still receive foundational certification and access to alumni resources.
3. Certification Standards
Certificates of Completion are digitally issued and cryptographically verifiable. They are awarded only upon the successful completion of specific stage requirements. Partial completion does not entitle a participant to a certificate. Certificates can be revoked if post-issuance fraud is discovered.
4. The Placement Guarantee (Disclaimer)
While the iDICE program operates under a strict "80% Placement Mandate" and aggressively matches top-tier talent with hiring partners, we do not guarantee automatic employment for every participant.
Final employment is subject to the partner organization's interview process. A "Successful Placement" is defined as securing a formal job, verifiable sustained gig work, or formal business registration generating a defined minimum baseline income.
5. Physical Hub & Equipment Usage
Participants utilizing the 16 physical Hub locations agree to treat all government-provided and partner-provided equipment with utmost care. Participants assume liability for deliberate damage or theft. A 90% physical attendance rate is mandatory for Hub-based tracks; failure to meet this may result in reallocation of your seat.
